The safe arrival of Freshmen is a very crucial aspect of their transition into university life. It sets the tone for their entire academic journey and ensures that they are well-integrated into the university community. To ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival, the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) deployed a team of volunteers and the executives themselves with the help of the various JCRC executives to assist the Freshmen in settling into their new environment.



The Freshmen were greeted with warm smiles and open arms by the team of volunteers from the SRC, the SRC executives and the various JCRC executives. They were directed to the appropriate stations for their registration, accommodation and other related processes. The team also ensured that the freshmen had all the necessary documents and information needed to complete their registration. This made the registration process seamless and stress-free for the Freshmen.

In conclusion, the freshmen were received with warmth and enthusiasm by the team. The volunteers, the SRC executives and the various JCRC executives provided them with all the necessary support, information, and resources to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival. The freshmen were able to settle into their new environment without any major challenges and were able to start their academic journey on a positive note. This highlights the commitment of the SRC and the JCRCs in ensuring the well-being and success of the freshmen on campus.
